Shipping Policy – Fit My Feet

At Fit My Feet, we are dedicated to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. The following policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, carriers, and customer support related to shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours of being placed.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Time (CST) on weekdays will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST on Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
No processing or shipping occurs on Sundays or on days when our stores are closed due to holidays or severe weather.
During winter months, shipping and processing may be delayed due to early store closures or inclement weather.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery

We currently ship orders via USPS and UPS.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are presented during checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts).
Orders under $100 are subject to real-time, calculated shipping rates based on weight, destination, and carrier pricing.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
