Custom Orthotics Mold Kit

Our custom orthotics are made specifically for your feet using a mold impression and the information you provide about your activity level, footwear, and support needs. Each pair is designed to help improve comfort, support, and alignment, and may help with common conditions such as plantar fasciitis, flat feet, high arches, heel pain, metatarsalgia, foot fatigue, and more.

How the Process Works

After placing your order, we'll send you a mold box, intake form, detailed instructions, and a prepaid return shipping label. Once you've completed the mold impressions and paperwork, simply send everything back to us using the provided label.

When we receive your kit, our lab will review your molds and intake form and begin building your custom orthotics. Turnaround times vary depending on lab volume, but most orders are completed within 2–6 weeks from the time we receive your molds.

Once finished, we'll ship your custom orthotics directly to your door.

Adjustments & Modifications

We want your orthotics to fit and function properly. If something feels off when you receive them, please contact us right away so we can discuss any necessary adjustments.

Your first modification is free of charge. Any additional modifications after that, including shipping costs, will be the responsibility of the customer.
